NC Bike Trip

I had a most wonderful time riding the motorcycle up into the mountains of far western North Carolina for a few days where I met up with my favorite riding buddy of all time, Steve, and several other members of the group I used to ride with when living in the Chicago area.  The weather was great, the roads were fun, and the scenery was fantastic.  Just a couple of shots of the adventure.

 

Somewhere... I don't know where we were at this time exactly as I was just kind of moving in a general direction.  We got to this spot riding up on the road you can just make out in the center of the picture.  This is a pretty unspoiled shot, whereas...

 

... this is pretty much a shot looking back in the same direction from the same spot as above but, of course, this one isn't quite so unspoiled.  Helmet-hair and riding glasses, holding the camera and shooting a picture of yours truly.
